All purchases through this website must be completed by an adult age 18 or older using the adult purchaser’s contact, billing, and payment information.

Certain journals and self-guided educational resources are created for children or teens to use with the awareness and guidance of a parent, legal guardian, caregiver, or other trusted adult. Offering these products does not mean that Next Level Mindset provides coaching, Reiki, sensory relaxation, mental-health treatment, or other individual services to minors.

Children and teens should not independently submit personal information, create an account, complete a form, subscribe to marketing communications, or make a purchase through this website.

Next Level Mindset does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If we learn that personal information has been submitted by a child under 13 without appropriate parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
