These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Next Level Mindset™ website, services, programs, Reiki sessions, Clarity Calls, journals, digital products, downloads, forms, and related content.

By using this website, submitting a form, purchasing a product, scheduling a service, or participating in any Next Level Mindset offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website, submit forms, purchase products, or participate in services.

1. Services

Next Level Mindset offers personal development support, including:

Private coaching
Clarity Calls
Reiki sessions
Reiki packages
Digital journals
Downloadable resources
Self-guided tools
Educational content
Program materials

Some services may also include their own policies, payment terms, package terms, or client acknowledgments.

If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific agreement controls for that service.

2. Coaching Services

Coaching supports reflection, self-trust, clarity, emotional awareness, personal growth, and next-step decision-making.

Coaching is not:

Therapy
Mental health treatment
Diagnosis
Crisis support
Medical care
Legal advice
Financial advice
A substitute for licensed professional care

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, participation, and results.

Next Level Mindset does not guarantee a specific outcome, transformation, emotional result, financial result, relationship result, or program completion result.

3. Clarity Calls

A Clarity Call is a brief introductory conversation designed to explore fit, clarify what kind of support may be useful, and identify a possible next step.

Submitting a Clarity Call request does not confirm an appointment.

Your call is confirmed only after you receive a scheduled appointment confirmation from Next Level

Mindset.

Clarity Calls are not full coaching sessions, therapy, crisis support, or professional advice.

If a Clarity Call is complimentary, missed calls or no-shows may forfeit the complimentary appointment.

Next Level Mindset may decline, cancel, or redirect a Clarity Call request if the request is outside the scope of coaching or is not an appropriate fit.

4. Reiki Services

Reiki services are complementary wellness services intended to support relaxation, reflection, grounding, and energetic balance.

Reiki is not:

Medical care
Therapy
Diagnosis
Crisis support
Massage
Bodywork
A substitute for treatment from a licensed medical or mental health provider

No specific healing response, emotional result, physical result, or energetic result is guaranteed.

Reiki sessions may be offered remotely or in person, depending on the selected service, availability, and room access when applicable.

Submitting a Reiki request form does not confirm an appointment.

Your appointment is confirmed only after Next Level Mindset provides a scheduled appointment confirmation.

Payment is required before a Reiki session is finalized. If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the requested appointment time may be released.

For remote Reiki sessions, you are responsible for choosing a quiet, safe, and comfortable space. You should not participate while driving, operating equipment, multitasking, or doing anything that requires your active attention.

In-person Reiki sessions may include hands-off Reiki, hands-near Reiki, or light Reiki touch when appropriate.

Any touch or sensory grounding is optional, consent-based, non-invasive, and based on mutual comfort.

You may request hands-off Reiki at any time.

Next Level Mindset may decline or discontinue a Reiki session if safety, consent, fit, or professional boundaries cannot be maintained.

5. Digital Products and Journals

Digital products, journals, downloads, and self-guided resources are for personal use only.

When you purchase or access a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

You may not:

Share files with others
Upload materials to public or shared platforms
Resell or redistribute materials
Copy or republish the content
Use materials for coaching, training, teaching, commercial, or client-facing purposes without written permission

Digital products are educational and personal development tools.

They are not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis support, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All Next Level Mindset content is protected intellectual property.

This includes:

Website copy
Journals
Digital products
Program materials
Coaching frameworks
Reiki service descriptions
Videos
Graphics
Templates
Worksheets
Brand language

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, claim ownership of, or use Next Level Mindset content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Violations may result in loss of access and legal action.

7. Client Responsibility

By using this website, submitting forms, purchasing products, or participating in services, you agree to take responsibility for your choices, actions, participation, and results.

You agree not to:

Use services as a substitute for licensed care
Share false or misleading information
Misuse forms, payment systems, content, or materials
Copy or distribute protected content
Violate professional boundaries
Harass, threaten, or abuse Next Level Mindset or its representatives
Use the website or services for unlawful activity

Next Level Mindset may refuse, cancel, restrict, or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at checkout, invoice payment, or according to the payment plan terms provided at purchase.

For paid services, products, programs, packages, or sessions, payment must be received before access or appointments are finalized unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled payments associated with that plan.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in:

Suspended access
Paused services
Cancelled sessions
Loss of portal or material access
Ineligibility for future services until the account is current

You remain responsible for all agreed payment amounts unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Refunds and Rescheduling

Digital journals, downloadable products, self-guided resources, and digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Coaching programs, Reiki services, packages, memberships, and private services are governed by the terms provided at purchase, booking, invoice, or enrollment.

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require reasonable advance notice.

Future payments under an active payment plan remain due unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Packages and Expiration

Reiki packages, coaching packages, and multi-session offers must be used within the stated package period.

Unused sessions may be forfeited after the expiration date.

Package sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If extra time is needed, Next Level Mindset may review the request and decide whether a manual extension is appropriate.

Extensions are not guaranteed.

11. No Guarantees

Next Level Mindset does not guarantee specific results.

This includes:

Emotional outcomes
Financial outcomes
Relationship outcomes
Career outcomes
Physical outcomes
Energetic outcomes
Coaching results
Reiki results
Program completion
Admission into any program or private service

Results vary based on personal circumstances, participation, readiness, follow-through, and factors outside Next Level Mindset’s control.

12. Not Professional Advice

Next Level Mindset does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Nothing on this website, in any form, session, product, program, journal, download, email, or communication should be treated as a substitute for professional care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or immediate safety concern, contact emergency services or a qualified professional in your area.

13. Confidentiality

Next Level Mindset handles client information with care.

Coaching conversations, Reiki intake details, Clarity Call submissions, and client communications are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, safety concerns, payment processing, business operations, or service administration.

Next Level Mindset does not sell client information.

Forms, payment processors, email systems, scheduling tools, and website platforms may be operated by third-party providers.

By using those systems, you understand that information may be processed through those tools.

14. Third-Party Platforms

This website may link to third-party websites, payment processors, scheduling tools, forms, resources, or external platforms.

Next Level Mindset is not responsible for third-party content, policies, privacy practices, technical issues, payment delays, platform outages, or availability.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party platform you use.

15. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services, Reiki services, programs, digital products, or other services from Next Level Mindset.

Minors may not independently purchase or participate in services without written parent or guardian consent and any additional agreement required by Next Level Mindset.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Mindset is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, financial, physical, technological, or punitive damages related to your use of the website, services, products, programs, sessions, or materials.

This includes:

Emotional distress
Lost income
Lost opportunities
Business interruption
Dissatisfaction with results
Technology issues
Payment platform issues
Decisions made based on coaching, Reiki, educational, or self-guided content

You use this website, products, services, and materials at your own discretion.

17. Termination of Access

Next Level Mindset may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to products, services, sessions, programs, materials, or the website if these Terms are violated.

This may include non-payment, misuse of content, boundary violations, harassment, fraud, inappropriate conduct, or use of services outside their intended scope.

18. Priority of Documents

If you enter into a separate coaching agreement, Reiki policy, program agreement, package policy, payment plan agreement, invoice agreement, or service-specific acknowledgment, that agreement controls for that specific service if it conflicts with these general Terms.

These Terms apply unless a service-specific agreement says otherwise.

Next Level Mindset may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the website, services, products, forms, or materials after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
