Coaching Plan Policy — Next Level Mindset™, LLC

Effective Date: December 2025

By purchasing or enrolling in any coaching plan, package, or service offered by Next Level Mindset™ (“NLM,” “we,” “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the policies below. These terms apply to all coaching programs, including the Alignment Check, Good Girl Detox™, Self-Esteem Rebuild™, and Becoming Her™ Mentorship.

1. No Refunds

All coaching sales are final. Due to the personalized, time-based nature of coaching, NLM does not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full unless a payment plan is offered.

  • All payment plans must be completed as agreed.

  • Failed or late payments may pause or terminate access to sessions, materials, or support.

  • Chargebacks are prohibited and considered a violation of this policy.

 

3. Session Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Sessions must be used within the timeframe listed for your specific plan.

  • Sessions do not roll over or extend beyond the plan duration.

  • Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions are forfeited and not refundable.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services.

 

4. What’s Included

Each coaching plan includes only the services, sessions, and materials listed on its description page. Additional sessions, support, or custom deliverables are not included unless purchased separately.

5. Communication Boundaries

  • Voxer or messaging support (if included) is provided during core business hours.

  • Response times may vary, but typically fall within 24–48 hours.

  • Coaching does not include crisis or emergency support.

 

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
NLM does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.
Coaching results vary by client and are not guaranteed.

You understand you are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, worksheets, journals, scripts, frameworks, and methods are the property of Next Level Mindset™ and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced.

 

8. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law.
Group programs may include shared experiences; confidentiality among participants is expected but not guaranteed.

 

9. Eligibility & Client Commitment

By enrolling in a coaching plan, you affirm that:

  • You are mentally, emotionally, and physically able to participate.

  • You are committed to showing up for sessions and completing assignments.

  • You are seeking coaching voluntarily and understand it is a growth-focused partnership.

NLM reserves the right to decline enrollment or remove a client who violates these terms.
