This Plan Policy applies to paid coaching and mentorship offers purchased through Next Level Mindset™, including one-time payments and payment plans.

1. Purchase and Payment Authorization
By purchasing a coaching or mentorship offer, you agree to the full price and payment structure displayed at checkout.
If you select a payment plan, you authorize the full series of scheduled payments associated with that plan. Payment plans are not monthly memberships that can be canceled without obligation. They are installment commitments toward the full program price unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Payment Failures
If a scheduled payment fails, Next Level Mindset™ may:

Retry the payment method on file

Pause scheduling, access, or delivery of services

Withhold future sessions, materials, or support until the account is current
3. Refund Policy
Coaching and mentorship purchases are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
This includes:

Pay in full purchases
-
Payment plan enrollments
-
Partial participation
-
Missed sessions
-
Scheduling delays caused by the client
-
A change of mind after purchase
4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement after purchase and onboarding.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated in writing. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited.
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time.
5. Program Timeframe
Services must be scheduled and used within the timeframe stated for the purchased offer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions may expire if not scheduled within the designated program period.
6. Scope of Services
Coaching and mentorship services are educational and personal-development services. They are not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
7. Access and Materials
Any worksheets, digital tools, recordings, notes, or support materials provided as part of a coaching offer are for the enrolled client’s personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, sold, or distributed.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, participation, and results. Coaching does not guarantee any specific outcome.
