These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Next Level Mindset™ website, programs, digital products, resources, and services. By using this website, purchasing a product or service, scheduling a Clarity Call, or engaging with Next Level Mindset™, you agree to these Terms of Use.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing products or programs, or engaging in services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including the EMBER Method™, Good Girl Detox™, Becoming Her™, The Unbothered Intensive™, journals, program materials, videos, graphics, designs, copywriting, and digital resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of Next Level Mindset™ unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy, share, modify, reproduce, or distribute NLM content

• Sell, license, sublicense, or redistribute NLM materials

• Use NLM content for coaching, training, teaching, or commercial purposes

• Claim ownership of NLM methods, frameworks, or branding

Violations may result in terminated access and legal action.

 

3. Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital journal, downloadable resource, or self-guided product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own individual use.

You may not:

• Share files with others

• Upload materials to shared drives or public platforms

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute purchased digital materials

• Use NLM digital content in any commercial, educational, or client-facing capacity without written permission

 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful activity

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website or checkout process

• Share login access or protected content without permission

• Harass, abuse, or misuse the site or its services

NLM reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

 

5. No Guarantees

Next Level Mindset™ provides educational and coaching-based services and resources. NLM does not guarantee:

• Specific transformation or emotional outcomes

• Financial or business results

• Improved life circumstances

• Admission into any coaching program following a Clarity Call

Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including personal effort, participation, timing, and circumstances outside NLM’s control.

 

6. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan is expressly offered.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the full series of scheduled payments associated with that plan. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to services, scheduling, materials, portal access, or future sessions until the account is brought current.

 

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital journals, downloadable products, and self-guided resources are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Clarity Calls may be rescheduled once with advance notice. Missed sessions or no-shows may be forfeited.

Coaching services, mentorships, and programs are governed by the specific enrollment terms and plan policy presented at purchase. If a payment plan is selected, future payments remain due according to the agreed schedule unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Next Level Mindset™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products, services, programs, or digital materials.

This includes, without limitation:

• Emotional distress

• Lost income or lost opportunities

• Business interruption

• Dissatisfaction with personal results

• Decisions you make based on coaching, resources, or educational content

 

9. External Links

NLM may include links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.

 

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching or mentorship services. Parents or legal guardians may purchase products intended for minors. Minors may not independently enter paid coaching agreements without written parental or guardian consent and a separate written agreement.

 

11. Priority of Documents

If you enter a separate coaching agreement, plan policy, mentorship agreement, or program-specific enrollment agreement with Next Level Mindset™, that agreement will control in the event of any conflict with these general Terms of Use.

 

12. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the website, products, programs, or services at any time for violation of these Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
