By scheduling a Clarity & Connection Call with Next Level Mindset, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Purpose of the Call: This is a brief alignment session intended to determine whether coaching, programs, or services offered by Next Level Mindset may be a good fit. It is not a coaching session, therapeutic service, or crisis support.

2. Not Medical, Legal, or Psychological Advice: This session does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It is for insight, clarity, and exploratory purposes only.

3. No Guarantees: Scheduling a call does not guarantee acceptance into any program. All coaching engagements require mutual alignment and a separate signed agreement.

4. Confidentiality: All conversations are held in confidence except where disclosure is required by law.

5. Rescheduling & No-Shows: If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule once. No-shows may forfeit future complimentary appointments.

6. Eligibility: This call is reserved for new inquiries who are genuinely exploring coaching. Existing clients or previous call participants may be redirected to paid options.

7. Intellectual Property: Any concepts, frameworks, or language shared remain the intellectual property of Next Level Mindset™ and may not be copied, distributed, or replicated.

8. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results following the call. Next Level Mindset assumes no liability for outcomes based on this session.
