SELF-ESTEEM REBUILD™ is a 12-week private coaching program for women who have outgrown people-pleasing, but still don’t fully trust themselves.
You may look capable on the outside while quietly second-guessing your decisions, over-explaining your needs, or feeling guilty for choosing yourself.
This work rebuilds confidence from the inside out by strengthening internal authority, steadier boundaries, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.
We work at the identity level, addressing the patterns that keep you stuck in self-doubt even when you “know better.”
