Six weeks gives you space to slow down, notice patterns, and rebuild self-trust without pressure.

•Six weekly private coaching sessions •One-on-one, confidential, structured •Emotionally paced and pressure-free •Identity-focused, not behavior-policing Each session helps you: •Learn to notice internal signals without immediately reacting or self-overriding. •Understand why certain interactions feel urgent or threatening •Respond instead of automatically over-giving You’ll also receive a guided journal to support daily awareness. The journal supports the work, it does not replace coaching.

This program is not a fit if: •You want quick scripts or boundary “hacks” without understanding yourself •You expect emotions to disappear •You’re looking for therapy or trauma processing •You want someone else to make decisions for you This work builds discernment, not dependence.
